Payment Information

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

A deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit amount varies based on the property you are renting. The person making the booking must be 25 years old or older. Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required. Guest's liability for damages or excessive cleaning required is not limited to the amount of the deposit. Guests are liable for full payment for restoration or repair of damaged premises or furnishings.
Personal checks are accepted for deposit (and will be cashed) if the reservation is made at least 45 days prior to guest's arrival. If arrival date is within 45 days, a credit card is required. (See credit card information below.)
Provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required, and all terms of the lease agreement were met, your deposit is returned in the form of a check within three weeks of your departure.
Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations that are made 45 days or more in advance of your arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations that are made within 45 days of your arrival, no refund will be made unless the property is re-rented. If the property is re-rented, your deposit will be refunded minus the $50 cancellation fee.

Rental Fee Payment Information:

Your rental fee is due 45 days in advance of your stay. If you are booking within 45 days of your arrival date your rental fee is due at the time of booking. Personal checks can be accepted for your rental payment if the reservation is made at least 45 days prior to your arrival. If you are making your reservation within 45 days of your arrival we will only accept credit card payment or payment by cashier's check.

Credit Card Payment Information:

Credit cards will be accepted for payment of both deposits and rental fees.
If reservations are made within 45 days of your arrival date we can ONLY accept credit cards or cashier's checks for payment.
We only accept VISA and MASTERCARD
We will apply a 5% processing fee (non-refundable) on all credit card transactions.
